一、概述
跌(die)落(luo)式(shi)(shi)熔斷器(qi)(qi)及(ji)拉負荷(he)(he)跌(die)落(luo)式(shi)(shi)熔斷器(qi)(qi)是戶(hu)外高壓(ya)保護電器(qi)(qi)。它(ta)裝置在配(pei)電變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)側或配(pei)電線支干線路(lu)上(shang)、用作變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)和線路(lu)的短(duan)路(lu)、過載(zai)保護及(ji)分(fen)、合負荷(he)(he)電流(liu)。跌(die)落(luo)式(shi)(shi)熔斷器(qi)(qi)由(you)絕緣支架和熔絲(si)管(guan)二部分(fen)組成,靜(jing)觸(chu)頭安裝在絕緣支架兩端(duan),動觸(chu)頭安裝在熔絲(si)管(guan)兩端(duan),熔絲(si)管(guan)由(you)內層的消弧管(guan)和外層的酚(fen)醛紙管(guan)或環氧玻璃(li)布管(guan)組成。拉負荷(he)(he)跌(die)落(luo)式(shi)(shi)熔斷器(qi)(qi)增強彈性輔(fu)助觸(chu)頭及(ji)滅(mie)弧罩,用以分(fen),合負荷(he)(he)電流(liu)。
跌落式熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)器在正常(chang)運行(xing)時(shi),熔(rong)(rong)絲管(guan)借(jie)助熔(rong)(rong)絲張緊(jin)后(hou)形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)閉合位置。當(dang)系統(tong)發生故障(zhang)時(shi),故障(zhang)電(dian)流(liu)時(shi)熔(rong)(rong)絲迅(xun)速熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan),并形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)弧(hu)(hu),消弧(hu)(hu)管(guan)受電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)灼熱,分(fen)解出(chu)大量(liang)的氣體(ti),使館內形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)很高壓力(li),并沿管(guan)道(dao)形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)縱吹,電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)被(bei)迅(xun)速拉長(chang)而熄滅(mie)。熔(rong)(rong)絲熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)后(hou),下部動觸(chu)頭失去張力(li)二下翻,鎖緊(jin)機械(xie),釋放熔(rong)(rong)絲管(guan),熔(rong)(rong)絲管(guan)跌落,形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)明顯的開(kai)斷(duan)位置。當(dang)需要拉負荷時(shi),用絕緣桿拉開(kai)動觸(chu)頭,此時(shi)主(zhu)動、靜動觸(chu)頭仍然(ran)接觸(chu),繼續用絕緣桿拉動觸(chu)頭,輔(fu)(fu)助觸(chu)頭也分(fen)離(li),在輔(fu)(fu)助觸(chu)頭之間產生電(dian)弧(hu)(hu),電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)在滅(mie)罩狹縫中被(bei)拉長(chang),同時(shi)滅(mie)弧(hu)(hu)罩產生氣體(ti),在電(dian)流(liu)過零時(shi),將(jiang)電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)熄滅(mie)。
二、用途
戶外(wai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)熔(rong)斷(duan)器適(shi)用于35kv及以下(xia)電壓(ya)(ya)頻率50Hz電力系統(tong)中,作輸電線(xian)路、電力變壓(ya)(ya)器過載(zai)和短路保(bao)護,分合(he)額定負荷電流(liu)只用,機械(xie)壽命≥2000次。
三、使用條件
1.適用(yong)于環(huan)境(jing)溫度上限40℃,下限-30℃之內。
2.海拔不(bu)超過1000m,風速(su)不(bu)大(da)于35m/s
3.熔斷器不(bu)適(shi)用于下述場(chang)所(suo)
3.1有燃料或(huo)爆(bao)炸危險的場所。
3.2有(you)劇(ju)烈(lie)震動(dong)或(huo)沖(chong)擊的場所(suo)。
3.3有異電化(hua)學氣體(ti)作用及(ji)嚴重(zhong)空氣污穢(hui),煙霧地區。
四、結構簡介
熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)是由基(ji)座和(he)消(xiao)弧裝置兩大部分組成,滅(mie)弧管(guan)(guan)下端裝有可能轉動的(de)彈簧支(zhi)架,始終使熔(rong)(rong)絲(si)(si)處于(yu)緊(jin)張狀態,以保證滅(mie)弧管(guan)(guan)在合閘(zha)位(wei)置的(de)自鎖,線路與(yu)變壓器(qi)過(guo)載或短路中(zhong),熔(rong)(rong)絲(si)(si)熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan),熔(rong)(rong)絲(si)(si)迅速(su)從滅(mie)弧管(guan)(guan)中(zhong)抽出,滅(mie)弧管(guan)(guan)設計為逐級排氣式解決(jue)在同一熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)上開斷(duan)大小電流的(de)矛盾。
