一、概述
跌(die)落(luo)式(shi)熔(rong)(rong)斷器(qi)(qi)及拉(la)負荷(he)(he)跌(die)落(luo)式(shi)熔(rong)(rong)斷器(qi)(qi)是戶外(wai)高(gao)壓(ya)保(bao)護電器(qi)(qi)。它(ta)裝置在配電變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)側或(huo)(huo)配電線支干(gan)線路上、用作(zuo)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)和(he)(he)線路的(de)短路、過載保(bao)護及分(fen)、合負荷(he)(he)電流。跌(die)落(luo)式(shi)熔(rong)(rong)斷器(qi)(qi)由(you)絕緣(yuan)支架(jia)和(he)(he)熔(rong)(rong)絲(si)管二部(bu)分(fen)組(zu)成,靜觸頭(tou)安(an)裝在絕緣(yuan)支架(jia)兩(liang)端,動(dong)觸頭(tou)安(an)裝在熔(rong)(rong)絲(si)管兩(liang)端,熔(rong)(rong)絲(si)管由(you)內(nei)層的(de)消弧管和(he)(he)外(wai)層的(de)酚醛紙管或(huo)(huo)環氧玻璃布管組(zu)成。拉(la)負荷(he)(he)跌(die)落(luo)式(shi)熔(rong)(rong)斷器(qi)(qi)增強彈(dan)性輔(fu)助(zhu)觸頭(tou)及滅弧罩,用以(yi)分(fen),合負荷(he)(he)電流。
跌落式熔(rong)(rong)斷器(qi)在正常運行時(shi)(shi),熔(rong)(rong)絲(si)管(guan)(guan)(guan)借助熔(rong)(rong)絲(si)張緊(jin)后(hou)形(xing)成閉(bi)合位置。當系(xi)統(tong)發生(sheng)故障(zhang)(zhang)時(shi)(shi),故障(zhang)(zhang)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)時(shi)(shi)熔(rong)(rong)絲(si)迅速(su)熔(rong)(rong)斷,并(bing)形(xing)成電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu),消弧(hu)(hu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)受電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)灼熱,分解出大(da)量的氣(qi)體(ti),使館(guan)內形(xing)成很高壓力,并(bing)沿管(guan)(guan)(guan)道形(xing)成縱吹,電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)被迅速(su)拉(la)(la)(la)長(chang)而熄(xi)滅(mie)。熔(rong)(rong)絲(si)熔(rong)(rong)斷后(hou),下(xia)部動(dong)(dong)觸(chu)頭(tou)(tou)失去(qu)張力二(er)下(xia)翻,鎖緊(jin)機械(xie),釋放熔(rong)(rong)絲(si)管(guan)(guan)(guan),熔(rong)(rong)絲(si)管(guan)(guan)(guan)跌落,形(xing)成明顯的開斷位置。當需要(yao)拉(la)(la)(la)負(fu)荷時(shi)(shi),用(yong)絕緣(yuan)桿拉(la)(la)(la)開動(dong)(dong)觸(chu)頭(tou)(tou),此時(shi)(shi)主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)、靜動(dong)(dong)觸(chu)頭(tou)(tou)仍(reng)然接觸(chu),繼續用(yong)絕緣(yuan)桿拉(la)(la)(la)動(dong)(dong)觸(chu)頭(tou)(tou),輔助觸(chu)頭(tou)(tou)也(ye)分離,在輔助觸(chu)頭(tou)(tou)之間產生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu),電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)在滅(mie)罩(zhao)狹縫中被拉(la)(la)(la)長(chang),同時(shi)(shi)滅(mie)弧(hu)(hu)罩(zhao)產生(sheng)氣(qi)體(ti),在電(dian)(dian)流(liu)過零時(shi)(shi),將電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)熄(xi)滅(mie)。
二、用途
戶外(wai)高壓(ya)熔斷器適用于35kv及以下電壓(ya)頻率50Hz電力(li)系統中(zhong),作輸(shu)電線路、電力(li)變(bian)壓(ya)器過載和短路保護,分合額定負荷電流只用,機(ji)械壽(shou)命≥2000次。
三、使用條件
1.適用于環境溫度上(shang)限(xian)40℃,下限(xian)-30℃之內。
2.海拔(ba)不(bu)超過1000m,風速不(bu)大于35m/s
3.熔斷器不適用于下述場所
3.1有燃料或爆炸危險的場所。
3.2有(you)劇烈震(zhen)動或沖擊的場所。
3.3有異電化學氣體作用及嚴(yan)重空氣污穢(hui),煙霧(wu)地區。
四、結構簡介
熔(rong)斷器是由基座和(he)消(xiao)弧裝置兩大(da)部分組成,滅(mie)弧管(guan)下端裝有可能轉動的(de)彈簧支(zhi)架,始終使熔(rong)絲(si)(si)處于緊張(zhang)狀(zhuang)態,以(yi)保證滅(mie)弧管(guan)在合閘位(wei)置的(de)自鎖,線路(lu)與變壓(ya)器過載(zai)或短(duan)路(lu)中,熔(rong)絲(si)(si)熔(rong)斷,熔(rong)絲(si)(si)迅速從滅(mie)弧管(guan)中抽(chou)出(chu),滅(mie)弧管(guan)設計為逐級排氣(qi)式解決在同(tong)一熔(rong)斷器上(shang)開斷大(da)小電流(liu)的(de)矛盾。
