一、概述
跌落(luo)式(shi)熔(rong)斷器及拉負荷(he)跌落(luo)式(shi)熔(rong)斷器是戶外高(gao)壓保護電器。它裝置在配電變壓器高(gao)壓側(ce)或配電線支干線路上、用作變壓器和(he)線路的(de)短(duan)路、過載保護及分(fen)、合負荷(he)電流(liu)。跌落(luo)式(shi)熔(rong)斷器由絕緣支架和(he)熔(rong)絲管(guan)二部分(fen)組(zu)成(cheng),靜(jing)觸頭安裝在絕緣支架兩端(duan),動觸頭安裝在熔(rong)絲管(guan)兩端(duan),熔(rong)絲管(guan)由內(nei)層的(de)消弧管(guan)和(he)外層的(de)酚(fen)醛(quan)紙管(guan)或環氧玻璃布管(guan)組(zu)成(cheng)。拉負荷(he)跌落(luo)式(shi)熔(rong)斷器增強彈(dan)性輔助觸頭及滅弧罩,用以分(fen),合負荷(he)電流(liu)。
跌落式(shi)熔斷器在正常運行時(shi),熔絲管借(jie)助(zhu)熔絲張(zhang)緊后(hou)形成(cheng)閉合(he)位置。當系統發生故障時(shi),故障電(dian)(dian)(dian)流時(shi)熔絲迅速熔斷,并形成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu),消弧(hu)(hu)(hu)管受電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)灼(zhuo)熱(re),分解出大(da)量的(de)(de)氣體,使館(guan)內形成(cheng)很高壓力(li),并沿(yan)管道(dao)形成(cheng)縱吹(chui),電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)被(bei)迅速拉長而熄滅。熔絲熔斷后(hou),下部(bu)動觸頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)失去張(zhang)力(li)二下翻,鎖緊機(ji)械(xie),釋放(fang)熔絲管,熔絲管跌落,形成(cheng)明顯的(de)(de)開斷位置。當需要拉負(fu)荷時(shi),用絕(jue)緣桿(gan)拉開動觸頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou),此時(shi)主動、靜動觸頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)仍然接(jie)觸,繼續用絕(jue)緣桿(gan)拉動觸頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou),輔(fu)助(zhu)觸頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)也分離,在輔(fu)助(zhu)觸頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)之(zhi)間產生電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu),電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)在滅罩狹(xia)縫(feng)中被(bei)拉長,同時(shi)滅弧(hu)(hu)(hu)罩產生氣體,在電(dian)(dian)(dian)流過(guo)零時(shi),將電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)熄滅。
二、用途
戶外(wai)高壓熔斷器適用(yong)于35kv及(ji)以(yi)下電壓頻率(lv)50Hz電力系統(tong)中,作輸(shu)電線(xian)路(lu)、電力變壓器過(guo)載和短路(lu)保護,分合額定負荷(he)電流只用(yong),機(ji)械壽命(ming)≥2000次(ci)。
三、使用條件
1.適用于環境溫度上(shang)限40℃,下(xia)限-30℃之內。
2.海拔不超過1000m,風速不大于35m/s
3.熔斷器不適用(yong)于下述場所
3.1有燃料或爆炸危險(xian)的(de)場所。
3.2有劇烈震(zhen)動或沖(chong)擊(ji)的場所(suo)。
3.3有異電化學氣(qi)體作用及嚴重(zhong)空氣(qi)污穢,煙霧地(di)區(qu)。
四、結構簡介
熔(rong)斷器(qi)是由基座和消弧裝置兩大部(bu)分組成(cheng),滅(mie)弧管(guan)下端裝有(you)可能轉動(dong)的彈簧(huang)支架,始(shi)終使熔(rong)絲處于緊張狀態,以(yi)保證滅(mie)弧管(guan)在合閘位(wei)置的自(zi)鎖(suo),線(xian)路與(yu)變壓器(qi)過(guo)載或短路中,熔(rong)絲熔(rong)斷,熔(rong)絲迅速從滅(mie)弧管(guan)中抽出,滅(mie)弧管(guan)設(she)計為逐級排氣式解決在同一熔(rong)斷器(qi)上開斷大小電流的矛盾。
