一、概述

跌落(luo)式熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)器在(zai)正常運行(xing)時(shi)(shi),熔(rong)(rong)絲(si)管借助熔(rong)(rong)絲(si)張(zhang)緊后形(xing)(xing)(xing)成(cheng)閉合(he)位置。當(dang)(dang)系統發生故障時(shi)(shi),故障電(dian)流時(shi)(shi)熔(rong)(rong)絲(si)迅(xun)(xun)速(su)熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan),并(bing)形(xing)(xing)(xing)成(cheng)電(dian)弧,消弧管受電(dian)弧灼熱,分(fen)解出大量的氣體(ti),使館內形(xing)(xing)(xing)成(cheng)很高(gao)壓力(li),并(bing)沿(yan)管道(dao)形(xing)(xing)(xing)成(cheng)縱(zong)吹,電(dian)弧被迅(xun)(xun)速(su)拉長而(er)熄滅(mie)(mie)。熔(rong)(rong)絲(si)熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)后,下(xia)部動觸頭(tou)失去張(zhang)力(li)二下(xia)翻(fan),鎖緊機械(xie),釋放熔(rong)(rong)絲(si)管,熔(rong)(rong)絲(si)管跌落(luo),形(xing)(xing)(xing)成(cheng)明顯(xian)的開(kai)斷(duan)位置。當(dang)(dang)需要拉負荷時(shi)(shi),用絕(jue)緣(yuan)桿拉開(kai)動觸頭(tou),此時(shi)(shi)主動、靜(jing)動觸頭(tou)仍然接觸,繼(ji)續用絕(jue)緣(yuan)桿拉動觸頭(tou),輔(fu)助觸頭(tou)也分(fen)離,在(zai)輔(fu)助觸頭(tou)之間產(chan)生電(dian)弧,電(dian)弧在(zai)滅(mie)(mie)罩狹縫(feng)中被拉長,同時(shi)(shi)滅(mie)(mie)弧罩產(chan)生氣體(ti),在(zai)電(dian)流過(guo)零時(shi)(shi),將電(dian)弧熄滅(mie)(mie)。
二、用途
戶外(wai)高壓(ya)熔斷器適用于35kv及以下電壓(ya)頻率50Hz電力(li)系統中,作輸(shu)電線路(lu)、電力(li)變壓(ya)器過載和(he)短路(lu)保護,分合額定負(fu)荷(he)電流(liu)只用,機械壽(shou)命≥2000次(ci)。
三、使用條件
1.適用(yong)于環境溫(wen)度(du)上限(xian)(xian)40℃,下(xia)限(xian)(xian)-30℃之內。
2.海拔不超過(guo)1000m,風速不大于35m/s
3.熔斷器不適(shi)用于下述場所
3.1有燃料或爆(bao)炸危險(xian)的(de)場所(suo)。
3.2有劇(ju)烈震動或沖擊(ji)的場所。
3.3有(you)異(yi)電化學氣體(ti)作用及嚴重空氣污穢,煙霧(wu)地區。
四、結構簡介
熔斷器是由基座和(he)消弧裝置(zhi)兩(liang)大部(bu)分組成,滅弧管(guan)(guan)下端(duan)裝有可能轉動的(de)(de)彈(dan)簧支架,始終使熔絲(si)處于緊(jin)張狀(zhuang)態,以保證(zheng)滅弧管(guan)(guan)在(zai)(zai)合(he)閘位置(zhi)的(de)(de)自鎖,線路(lu)與變(bian)壓(ya)器過載或短(duan)路(lu)中,熔絲(si)熔斷,熔絲(si)迅速(su)從滅弧管(guan)(guan)中抽出,滅弧管(guan)(guan)設計為逐(zhu)級(ji)排氣式解決在(zai)(zai)同一熔斷器上開斷大小(xiao)電流的(de)(de)矛盾(dun)。
